S-8, r. 3 - By-law respecting the conditions for the leasing of dwellings in low-rental housing

1. In this By-law, unless the context indicates otherwise,
dwelling means low-rental housing within the meaning of the Civil Code; (logement)
household means one or several persons occupying a dwelling; (ménage)
independent person means a person of full age or an emancipated minor living with occupant 1; (personne indépendante)
occupant 1 means the person who is the regular provider for the needs of the household or, in the case of an existing lease, the person identified as occupant 1; (occupant 1)
occupant 2 means the independent person with the highest annual income, established in accordance with sections 3 and 4. (occupant 2)
